A. Every person is different with their own unique goals so the number of sessions people need will vary. Like anything in life the more you’re committed to the process, the more you will gain benefits and progress.
Clients will generally see me for 6-12 sessions, sometimes more depending on their issue.
Sessions generally happen weekly, although we can change this to fortnightly as we progress and you feel more confident. As the client, you decide when you’re ready to move forward on your own.

A. In the first session, the initial consultation, we will cover:
We don’t do any hypnosis in this first session, but you will learn how to start taking control of your stress and manage it more effectively so you can understand how to move forward to achieve your goals.
Knowledge + inspired action = power.
In the follow-on progress sessions.
It is important to remember that hypnotherapy is not a magic wand. Like any therapy, results can vary and can’t be guaranteed. These sessions require your commitment to the process, in the sessions and between sessions by using the relaxation download daily. You must have a willingness to change.
As a therapist, I am committed to helping you reach your goals and ensuring your safety, confidentiality, and privacy during our sessions together.
A. Yes it’s safe and no you won’t lose control.
You will be in a safe, professional environment and will simply be asked to relax to a level you are comfortable with.
Having personally experienced hypnotherapy for dealing with anxiety in the past, I completely understand how key it is to feel safe and have trust in the person you’re working with. So I will always ensure that these are placed of the highest value during your sessions with me.
You’re always in control and can stop the session at any point. I can’t make you do anything you do not want to – your subconscious mind will simply reject any words or suggestions that you’re not comfortable with and you’ll remain aware of what you’re doing and what’s being asked of you.
These sessions are designed to empower you, help you regain control of your life and feel relaxed again.
A. Online sessions are carried out over Zoom and follow the same format as in-person sessions, with the bonus that you get to relax in your own environment.
I recommend that you find somewhere quiet, comfortable and where you won’t be disturbed for an hour as you deserve to get the most out of your time.
You’ll need a place to sit back or lie down for the relaxation part of the sessions. Headphones are brilliant for giving you the chance to switch off and relax entirely.
My online clients have had fantastic results just like my in-person ones, as you can see in the testimonials.
